Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to receive your deposit back as this allows us enough time to fill that slot. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours of service will only receive 50% of their deposit and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of service will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. We understand the schedules are constantly changing.  Thank you for your understanding.
