Terms of Service

Premier Handyman Services, LLC

By accessing this website or engaging Premier Handyman Services, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Premier Handyman Services, LLC provides residential and commercial repair, maintenance, installation, improvement, and related handyman services.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • General repairs

  • Drywall repair

  • Painting

  • Carpentry

  • Fixture installation

  • Door and window repairs

  • Flooring installation

  • Fence repairs

  • Pressure washing

  • Property maintenance

  • Rental property maintenance

  • Preventative maintenance programs

All services are subject to site inspection, material availability, scheduling, and project scope approval.

2. ESTIMATES AND PROPOSALS

All estimates are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated.

Estimates are based upon information available at the time of inspection.

Additional conditions discovered after work begins may require:

  • Change orders

  • Additional labor

  • Additional materials

  • Schedule adjustments

Verbal estimates are non-binding.

Only written estimates approved by both parties constitute an agreement.

3. CHANGE ORDERS

Any work requested beyond the original scope shall require approval.

Additional work may result in:

  • Increased pricing

  • Extended completion timelines

  • Additional material costs

The Company reserves the right to suspend work until change orders are approved.

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide safe access to the work area.

  • Remove valuables from work areas.

  • Secure pets during service visits.

  • Ensure utilities are operational.

  • Disclose known hazards or existing conditions.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible work areas, unsafe conditions, utility interruptions, or undisclosed issues.

5. PERMITS AND INSPECTIONS

Unless specifically stated in writing, permits and inspections are the responsibility of the property owner.

The Company reserves the right to decline work requiring licensing or permitting beyond the scope of services legally permitted.

6. SCHEDULING

Appointment dates are estimated and subject to change due to:

  • Weather

  • Material delays

  • Labor availability

  • Emergencies

  • Unforeseen site conditions

The Company will make reasonable efforts to communicate schedule changes promptly.

7. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due according to the terms stated on the approved estimate or invoice.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit cards

  • Debit cards

  • ACH transfers

  • Checks

  • Cash

Invoices not paid when due may be subject to:

  • Late fees

  • Collection costs

  • Attorney fees where permitted by law

Returned checks may incur a service charge.

8. DEPOSITS

Certain projects may require a deposit prior to scheduling.

Deposits may be used for:

  • Material purchases

  • Project reservation

  • Special-order items

Deposits for special-order materials may be non-refundable.

9. MATERIALS

Customer-supplied materials are accepted at the Company's discretion.

The Company does not warrant:

  • Customer-supplied products

  • Customer-supplied materials

  • Product compatibility

  • Product defects

Additional labor resulting from defective customer-supplied materials shall be billed separately.

10. WARRANTY

Labor Warranty

Premier Handyman Services, LLC warrants workmanship for one (1) year from the completion date unless otherwise stated.

This warranty covers defects resulting directly from our workmanship.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Customer abuse or neglect

  • Acts of nature

  • Water intrusion

  • Structural movement

  • Settlement cracks

  • Improper prior installations

  • Existing concealed conditions

  • Customer-supplied materials

Warranty remedies are limited to repair or replacement of defective workmanship.

No cash refunds shall be required.

11. PAINTING DISCLAIMER

Color variations may occur due to:

  • Lighting conditions

  • Existing surfaces

  • Product manufacturing differences

Touch-ups may not perfectly match aged paint.

The Company is not responsible for manufacturer paint defects.

12. DRYWALL REPAIR DISCLAIMER

Drywall repairs may require multiple visits to achieve a paint-ready finish.

Texture matching is performed on a best-effort basis.

Exact texture replication cannot be guaranteed.

13. WOOD ROT AND CONCEALED CONDITIONS

Many repair projects involve concealed damage.

The Company is not responsible for hidden conditions discovered after work begins, including:

  • Rot

  • Mold

  • Insect damage

  • Water damage

  • Structural deficiencies

  • Electrical deficiencies

  • Plumbing deficiencies

Additional repairs shall require customer approval.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Company's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for:

  • Consequential damages

  • Lost profits

  • Loss of use

  • Emotional distress

  • Business interruption

  • Indirect damages

15. PROPERTY DAMAGE

The Company will exercise reasonable care while performing services.

The customer agrees that minor incidental impacts may occur during repair work, including:

  • Paint touch-ups

  • Surface marks

  • Existing material damage becoming visible

Claims for damage must be reported within seven (7) days of service completion.

16. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for:

  • Unsafe conditions

  • Abusive behavior

  • Harassment

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Illegal activity

  • Non-payment

17. WEBSITE CONTENT

All content on this website, including:

  • Logos

  • Text

  • Graphics

  • Images

  • Service descriptions

is the property of Premier Handyman Services, LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.

18. ONLINE FORMS

By submitting a form through this website, you agree that:

24. MODIFICATIONS

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Changes become effective upon posting to this website.

Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
